­RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
    We require a 25% deposit of your total reservation and a valid credit card number on file.­  
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the event date without penalty. * 
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event require a 25% cancellation fee. *
­   DELIVERY:
Delivery is available and quoted per event.
Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack items neatly at an accessible location within driveway.
 “Off pavement” deliveries depending on conditions are subject to an additional charge.

­   PICKUP:
     Tables and chairs are to be taken down and stacked neatly. 
Equipment items should be returned clean and free of debris. 
Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional labor fees. See labor fees. 
   SET UP/ TAKE DOWN / LABOR:
     Some of rental items include set up and take down in their rental rates.
Additional labor fees are $20.00 per person, per hour with a one-hour minimum.
This service must be arranged 7 days before the event date.
RESPONSIBILTY:
        Responsibility for the rented items remains with the customer from the
time of possession to the time of return. Replacement fees are charged for any items
returned damage or lost items. We may bill out charges for loss or damage
 up to 10 days after the event, using the credit card number on file.
