The Community Clutter Clearance is an event we hold twice a year where the public can sign up for a booth to have their 'yard sale' in our parking lot for FREE! We know that in our mountain community it is not always easy to have a yard sale, nor does everyone feel comfortable having one at their home. So twice a year we have 40 booth spaces available to sell your clutter!

A great way to clean out your clutter and make some money in a safe and fun environment! The Community Clutter Clearance is held twice a year due to it's popularity. Once in the Spring (April) and once in the Fall (September or October). Sign ups go fast and we usually have a waitlist for booth space. Our waitlist customers get 1st dibs on the next event.

This is a FREE event offered by True Value Homecenter. There are 40 booth spaces available for each event and booth holders can take advantage of being in a safe & convenient environment, up to 1000 customers walking through, and the free advertising we do for the event. It's become a popular and anticipated event in our community for both the seller and the buyer! Yard sale enthusiasts get to shop 40 booths in one location! It's a WIN WIN for everyone!
